Then next to the lounge we have a large tradition Tuscan kitchen with dining area off which more French windows invite you on to a lovely well-equipped patio which also communicates with the living room. Back to the entrance hall to reach a gym area which can become a bedroom for one more additional guest if needed, a large bathroom, a guest bathroom and a large practical laundry room.
The lovely sweeping marble staircase full of light then leads us to the sleeping quarters where the bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning, the generous master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub and a large balcony, we then have a two more generous bedrooms with en suite bathrooms one double and one with a French size bed.
