The ground floor pedestrian gates open directly on to a lawn garden. Steps then lead to a pretty terrace with both sea and green valley views perfect for Aperitivo time!
We enter into the vestibule which opens into a rectangular shape living area with fireplace that leads on to the fully equipped and practical kitchen area with all mod cons. From this area we have access to the large partially paved, partially lawned outdoor dining and relaxation area. Here along with the BBQ, outdoor furnishings and gazebo you will find a large paved area with laundry facilities and a summertime open shower. From a pedestrian gate it is possible to wander through a beautiful bamboo woods along the river bed and also through the lovely olive grove all part of the extended property.
From the entrance vestibule from the first ramp of stair we access a large bathroom with Jacuzzi feature shower, then from the next ramp of steps two large double bedrooms and a room with bunkbeds all with air con.
In front of the property is a large parking area and an extended large garden with a gazebo on which to make the most of the outdoors day and night time.
Air con, the different outdoor areas together with finishing touches like the Plasma TV both in the living and bedroom area and Jacuzzi shower room all add to making this a great base to visit both Pietrasanta, its' wonderful Piazza a stroll away , the golden sandy beaches of the Versilia a five minute car drive and all of the other tourist attractions such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence just a day trip away.
The train station in Pietrasanta is within walking distance too !
